Dawn

DAWN KEITHLY-SPENCER has been teaching aerobics since 1985 when she began instructing at the Elkton Spa lady at the age of 16.  From the first beat of the music she loved every minute of it and became a Certified Fitness Instructor with ACE (American Council on Exercise) in 1992.  A year later Dawn followed that with her certification as a Group Fitness Instructor and in 1994 received her certificate as a Personal Trainer, both from the AFAA (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America).  After teaching and training at various area clubs, she opened her own studio in Elkton in 1993.  A few years later, Dawn began offering private lessons and specializes in high/low impact floor aerobics, step aerobics, interval training, kickboxing, and weight training.  After more than 25 years, millions of crunches, tons of weights lighted, and thousands of classes taught, she still loves to hear that beat!
